Below is a video highlighting some of our most frequently asked questions and also explaining how our famous 24 Hr turnaround service can work for you.

1DayPlaques.com is a start up division of a larger awards shop, and to insure the best service, we only take a limited number of orders per day Monday-Thursday. We limit the amount of orders so you can be assured that your order will get top priority.

To obtain a plaque in 24 hours certain conditions apply:

1.) Orders must be received and confirmed with a credit card via PayPal prior to 12 noon EST in order to be processed and shipped out in time for 24 hour service.

2.) 1DayPlaque must confirm we will process your order that day.

3.) If our quantities are reached for a specific day, no more emergency orders will be taken, in order to maintain quality and speedy service.

I live in Ohio. Can I still order?

We ship all of our orders by 5 PM EST via UPS. Depending on the time of day, it may or may not get to you within 24 hours. For an additional charge we can ship it super ultra duper priority.

How is my product shipped?

All orders are shipped UPS next day air, regardless of the destination. The orders are guaranteed by UPS to be there within 24 hours.

What states do you ship to?

At the moment, we only ship in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We can check to see if your plaque will make it to you in 24 hours, but we cannot guarantee it.

Can I get a bulk discount?

If you plan on ordering 5 or more email us. Can I choose a different design than you have listed?
